Ty Pettway: bridging clinical care with practical support

Ty Pettway serves as the Billing Office Manager at Covington-McGee Christian Counseling, playing a critical role in ensuring clients access care smoothly. As the primary point of contact for administrative and financial logistics, Ty handles booking and intake processes, making sure appointments are scheduled efficiently. Ty also manages the financial aspects of the practice, which is especially important given our sliding scale fee structure and specific insurance policies. In a practice that emphasizes "healing the whole person," Ty serves as the bridge between the clinical and the practical, allowing therapists to focus entirely on client sessions.

Ron Collins: spiritual guidance and community support

Ron Collins is a dedicated member of the support network associated with Covington-McGee Christian Counseling, driven by a deep passion for spiritual mentorship. With over 27 years of experience as a Youth Minister for Religious Services at Fort Sam Houston, Ron specializes in working with middle and high school-aged youth, particularly those within military families. He also provides critical support to active-duty United States Army Soldiers, Airmen, and Navy Corpsmen. Ron’s background combines extensive military service with a profound commitment to providing a "sanctuary" for those feeling isolated or overwhelmed, ensuring everyone has access to healing.
